LASER WELDING SYSTEM
We are very excited to add LASER WELDING to our list of capabilities. By incorporating laser welding, we are able to drastically reduce lead times for orders. Laser welding is ideal for parts and material which require precision work, medical devices, and work that is concerned with aesthetics. Our ability to provide quick turnaround has expanded with this new addition.
Advantages: Low heat application and thermal distortion, cavity-free welds, and the ability to weld complicated joint geometry.
SEAM WELDING
Seam welding is type of resistance welding and the process is similar to spot welding. The important thing in the seam welding is the electrode used in the process. The electrode are wheel shaped. The wheel will be in contact to the materials to be joined. Since the wheel will have the rotating nature so the wheels will rotate on the surfaces and provide continuous welding.
Advantages: Less overlap, Controlled Heat, Ideal for mass production, & decreased environmental impact
LASER CUTTING
Fiber laser cutting machines are some of the most potent precision cutting devices. They belong to the solid-state lasers using seed lasers to amplify the beam with special glass fibers. They are effective for cutting pieces of metals, alloys, and non-metals like glass, plastics, and even wood. Other than simple cutting operations, they are suitable for metal engraving and annealing.
Advantages: Possess a long service life of not less than 25,000 hours and thus require less maintenance. They produce some of the strongest and most stable beams.
